Glenn B. Fair, Esq. – Managing Director | Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Glenn B. Fair Jr. is the founder and Managing Director of Fair Squared Injury Law and has spent his career in service — first to his country, then to his community, and now to injured Coloradans who deserve a real fight.

A native of Huntington Beach, California, Glenn joined the U.S. Army at 18 and served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, including as a member of the Division’s skydiving demonstration team. After an honorable discharge in 1988, he began a 22-year career in law enforcement, retiring at the rank of Sergeant.

Glenn graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice before attending the University of Wyoming College of Law, where he graduated with honors in 2017. In law school, Glenn won the school’s annual Voir Dire jury selection competition, was selected for the Wyoming Law Review based on academic achievement, and represented underprivileged Wyoming residents through the school’s Civil Legal Services clinic. He passed the Colorado Bar Exam on his first attempt.

Glenn handles both litigation and pre-litigation personal injury matters across Colorado and Wyoming, with a focus on auto accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, bike and pedestrian accidents, slip and fall, and dog bites. He brings his law enforcement background to every case — particularly those involving traffic accidents, citations, and police reports — giving his clients an analytical edge most attorneys simply don’t have. His results speak for themselves, including a $2.2 million jury verdict in Adams County.

When he’s not in the courtroom fighting for his clients, Glenn can be found watching the Colorado Rockies or Denver Broncos, fishing, traveling, or on the autocross course competing with his wife Evynne under their team banner, Fair Squared Racing.
