Glenn B. Fair is the Managing Partner of Fair Squared Injury Law, a firm built to level the playing field between injured individuals and the multi-billion-dollar insurance industry. A native of Huntington Beach, California, Glenn joined the U.S. Army at 18 and served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, including time on the Division’s elite skydiving demonstration team. After an honorable discharge, he moved to Nevada, spent time in the casino industry, and then began a 22-year career in law enforcement, retiring at the rank of Sergeant.

Glenn earned his degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno, graduating summa cum laude. After retiring from law enforcement, he earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law. While there, he won the school’s Voir Dire competition as a first-year student, earned a position on the Wyoming Law Review, and published a legal article. He also served low-income residents through the Civil Legal Services clinic. His first trial took place in 2016 at the Natrona County District Court in Casper, Wyoming.

Glenn passed the Colorado Bar Exam on his first attempt and quickly established himself as a formidable advocate in personal injury law. He founded Fair Squared Injury Law to provide aggressive, client-focused representation that delivers real results. To date, he has secured multiple jury verdicts, including a $2.2 million win in Adams County, Colorado.

In 2021, Glenn and his wife were rear-ended by a drunk driver—a crash that gave him firsthand experience with the pain, confusion, and frustration his clients face every day. He understands not only the physical toll of injuries but also the emotional and financial ripple effects, and how insurance companies often try to dodge responsibility.

Glenn handles both litigation and pre-litigation personal injury matters, with particular insight into cases involving police reports, traffic citations, and other law enforcement angles.

When he’s not in court or negotiating a top-dollar recovery, Glenn is likely watching the Rockies or Broncos, is driving in SCCA competitions for his race team, or traveling with his wife.
